Accommodation info:
- 10% discount on accommodation price applies if all accommodation is booked.
- Option to preorder breakfast for wedding morning (additional cost).
- One Day Saver is Sunday and Monday (acccommodation for couple is available but not included in price). Midweek is Tuesday and Thursday. Weekend is Fri/Sat/Bank Hol Monday. Wednesdays can be available depending on calendar. Two-day venue hire includes accommodation for couple (extra accommodation for up to 20 guests is available to book).
- Accommdation prices are for two nights as standard. Please enquire for one-night prices.

Packages
One-day saver hire
includes:
Exclusive venue hire. Access from 9am day of wedding, use of venue until midnight (decor, etc., must be cleared by 9am the next day). Option to add accommodation for couple and up to 20 guests.
Two-day venue hire
includes:
Exclusive venue hire. Access from midday the day before until 12pm the day after. Two nights’ accommodation for two people in our Shepherd’s Hut, with option to add accommodation for up to 20 guests.
Any wedding hire:
- Use of trestle tables, chairs and benches (enough to seat 150 people)
- Face-to-face meetings, email and phone correspondence
- On-the-day wedding coordination
- Drapes, fairy lights and featured decor (ceiling foliage)
- Mr and Mrs Lights, sweet cart, post box, giant Jenga
- Square wedding arch
- Use of PA system and speakers
Important notes:
- Drinks Packages are not included in venue hire cost, price list is available upon request.
- We don’t provide catering but have a wide and varied list of recommended suppliers for you to choose from.
- To confirm your booking, we will require a payment of 25% of your total package (venue hire and accommodation) price.
- Please note, we also require a refundable damage deposit of £1,000 prior to your wedding. This will be returned after your wedding following an inspection.
- All prices (venue hire and accommodation) include VAT, however if the VAT rate changes between now and the date when full payment is received, we will adjust the prices accordingly and notify you of the amended balance due.
