The Stennack Farm team made the two years of wedding planning so worth it and we had the most incredible day of our lives. Our wedding was a fusion of Cornish and Welsh guests with 65% of the guest list visiting from the Welsh valleys. So many were excited to see ‘true Cornwall’ and Stennack Farm helped us to provide this to our guests. The venue is light, airy and so spacious for any couple’s wedding plans to run wild and that’s exactly what we were able to do with Tompkins fest. The accommodation on site was perfect for our Welsh contingency, including elderly grandparents and newborns who could enjoy the day and still have an afternoon nap. The back lawn was used for our ceremony and allowed guests and kids to laze out in the evening on the hay bales. The courtyard was the ultimate mingling area where we hosted a beer pong tournament, Rattlers in the sun, and were able to open the venue doors to hear the music from the DJ. The big lawn was ideal for our humungous photo list and the kids enjoyed the playground with the swing set making some great candid pictures. These elements and spaces allowed the guests to not feel to far away from the main building but also allow groups to have their own areas and our guests to have different viewpoints across the day. The venue feels so secluded and private making any big wedding feel intimate. The staff were on hand all day to help the guests and bride and groom with whatever we needed and helping us with suggestions or managing any problems and time delays! From the moment we first viewed Stennack, we knew it was the venue for us. Caroline was very helpful in explaining what Stennack could offer us. We wanted a relaxed vibe, where the whole day could be in one place and where we could also stay. I loved that we could decorate it to our taste. Jordan has been so fantastic to deal with. Prompt replies whenever I had any questions and on the day everything ran so smoothly. It was lovely to also meet Nancy who I had email dealings with. We can’t fault anything. We had our our wedding here in November 2023, and the venue was absolutely perfect for us. The cottages onsite to stay in were all beautiful and well equipped, the barn and bar were stunning and every single person who came to our ceremony or evening reception commented on how beautiful the whole farm was. It was a wonderful canvas for us to add all our own personal touches and decorations to. Caroline, Nancy and the rest of the staff at Stennack were super helpful the whole way through the process of booking our wedding and responding to any queries that we had before the big day. When we booked Stennack Farm for our wedding we were hoping we could have a relaxed, no fuss but still beautiful wedding. The team around us were simply amazing. They were so accommodating in opening the venue for viewing and setting up, supporting us to design our day, helping with organisation ideas, and also helping our vision come to life and making us feel welcome in the venue. On the day the whole team were so helpful and relaxed. So many of our guests commented about all members of staff, about how wonderful they were. I would fully recommend Stennack Farm for your wedding. Beautiful setting, accommodation and staff. Absolutely perfect.

We got married at Stennack Farm’s beautiful venue back in 2023 on the 1st of March. I can honestly say it was the best day of my life, the venue is just stunning. I loved the barn, the bar and the whole site having the cows involved in my photo sold it for me. The biggest factor which sold the venue the most to me was the accommodation, having all my girls the night before be able to stay with me and all the stags in the other cottage made our night before just as magical. I really can’t thank Caroline enough for letting us use her great venue, the price as well was so reasonable and you truly get so much out of your money on this site.
