Why we chose Stennack Farm for our wedding venue
From the moment we viewed the venue we fell in love – the barn was all that we were looking for and more. We loved the idea of having the venue to ourselves and spending it with family for the whole weekend was memories made for a lifetime which we will never forget.
How we wanted our wedding to look in terms of style and aesthetics
We loved the idea of a blank canvas and putting our own touch on it. Our theme featured beige/white colours, which was our vision with beautiful white and dusky pink roses (my absolute favourite!) Our vision came to life on the day, which meant our hard work paid off in the end (I made lots of bits myself). The whole set up was elegant and stylish, and just what we wanted and imagined.
We always wanted a church wedding followed by beach photos at Godrevey beach. It was truly the most magical day!

Kevin captured our day perfectly, we’re so glad we made the decision to have a videographer. The day went in a blink of an eye but at least now we are able to watch back and relive the day!

We opted for canapés on arrival and a three-meat Cornish bbq – the food was incredible – so many friends and family mentioned that the food was so tasty, so we were very pleased with our choice.

The bridesmaids wore dusky pink midi dresses from New Look and the groomsmen wore black tuxedo suits which we absolutely loved – they were so stylish and fit our theme perfectly.

My beautiful friend Rachel did everyone’s hair. She did an incredible job, and she was also one of my bridesmaids and did her own hair beautifully!

Anna is truly an amazing person and really does an incredible job, I wouldn’t have anyone else!
Flowers: Wheal Sara Flowers
Lizzie did a lovely job, the flowers were stunning and just what I wanted. Roses are my absolute favourite.
Entertainment: Little Eden Entertainment
We hired out the Photo Booth, candy floss and the Garden Games – Nikki has always been so lovely and helpful!

Emma and her team are literally incredible, so helpful in every way possible. It’s hard to picture how everything will look when it’s a blank canvas but Emma made the barn look stunning once she styled the tables and other bits!
Looking back …
If we had to relive the day again, we certainly wouldn’t change anything about it, it was just perfect in every way.

Caroline and her team have always been so helpful from start to finish, the bar staff were really good and the cocktails were fabulous! We couldn’t fault it!
How Stennack Farm made our wedding day special
The whole process of having able to have family and friends stay over with us at the cottages being a huge part of our special day. The views are also absolutely stunning and it was perfect for children to play outside too which is as a big hit for us. Myself and my husband loved waking up in the Shepherd’s Hut and looking at the view out of the window and seeing nature!
Our favourite part of the day
We aren’t able to pick a favourite part of the day, as we purely enjoyed every single moment. It was just the best day of our lives with our family and friends!
Kate and Jason celebrated their wedding at Stennack Farm in June 2024. We wish them every happiness in their married life!
